I have lived, worked, and traveled the globe and I am passionate about helping people work better together. Whether leading projects, managing people, or driving strategy, I consistently bring big-thinking perspective and probing questions. I enjoy challenging the status quo and ensuring a high degree of intentionality.In 2010, I formed a strategic collaboration with international NGOs and schools in Nicaragua to launch RedProCom--the Network of Christian Computer Teachers. I inspired local school leaders to invest their own resources into RedProCom to unite, educate, and motivate its member teachers. Through RedProCom, a new wave of teachers and administrators came to see technology as a lever to greater learning, creating, and growing, not just as something to learn in a computer class.In 2012 I became Director of Technology for Nicaragua Christian Academy. I united the vision and the tech teams from NCA's two existing campuses and was instrumental in establishing a culture of technology as we launched a third campus.In 2016, I moved to Sioux Falls, serving the educational, business, legal, and medical industries as a Spanish interpreter. I soon joined the tech team at Sioux Falls Christian Schools. While there, I brought many new ideas to the school, establishing important security policies, rebuilding the network, and empowering teachers.In 2019, I joined forces with the excellent team at Interstates, first as an estimator on the Operational Technology team and later applying my skills to clarify and further the mission of the IT department, impacting nearly every corner of the business through the management of projects, systems, and teams.Today, I am helping drive Interstates forward as an industry leader through managing cross-functional projects aimed at operational excellence.
