I am a successful entrepreneur, IT executive, and musician. My greatest strength is enabling and empowering people to realize a shared vision.I spent 10 rewarding years at the Vanguard Group beginning in the late 1980s, reporting to the CIO. I had the opportunity to oversee the Advanced Technology Group where I led the introduction of Workstations in the Call Centers. I then spearheaded the delivery of the first secure website that provided customer account access in the Mutual Fund Industry.In 1998, I left Vanguard to join Logical Design Solutions (LDS) as CTO/COO and Board Member. I continued to serve in that capacity for 10+ years. The experience provided me with a rich and extensive knowledge of the operations of a IT / Management Consulting organization. I honed my executive leadership skills, general business knowledge. I developed my executive communication, facilitation and problem solving capabilities as I consulted with our clients' senior management teams. My tenure at LDS was rewarding and energizing. Working for a smaller organization ignited my entrepreneurial spirit, which led to my latest venture - founding the Malvern School of Music that was established in 2009.
