About David Strachan

I lead others to do things they didn’t know they could do.How? I have been most successful when looking at the big picture and creating an inspirational vision that senior leaders and team members can all rally behind. And then, turning that into a concrete strategy for execution to deliver results.Things like developing an e-commerce supply chain to ship 3.5 million packages a year to homes just like yours on behalf of the country’s biggest retailers like Amazon, Target, and Costco. And, creating an entirely new team to proactively stage finished goods inventory across the U.S. for brands like Huggies, Kleenex, and Cottonelle to the tune of 400 truckloads per day. Each of these things started as something small where I saw the opportunity for something much bigger. Seeing them through meant working across functions, business units, and customers. The resulting new capabilities generated revenue and cost savings in the tens of millions of dollars. If you are looking for an innovative leader to generate results like these, then please reach out to me via LinkedIn.
