I was responsible for coordinating the activities of our assembly operations with our suppliers, along with preparing skilled technicians to install our configured products and the repair and service of Skytron equipment. Folded into these activities was our ISO 13485 certified quality system as a framework to deliver our products to customers.

Created and executed strategy to grow component business from $30MM to $100MM. by creating component supply agreements with automotive, fluid power, and industrial OEM customers.Delivered sales growth with CAT and Deere, Chrysler and Magna.

Lead this organization during a financial restructuring in order to support revenue growth and to create sustainable profitability. Successfully lead efforts to increased revenue, developed new suppliers, improve systems and increase productivity. Updated the entire retail product line, simplified the product configurations and developed unique products for web sales and brick and mortar retailers. Reduced the manufacturing costs through standardization of shared components and reduced lead time by consolidating a key product line into one manufacturing location. Through lean efficiency improvements, was able to relocate manufacturing back in the US.

I led the consolidation of two manufacturing facilities into one, improving both service levels to customers and the reduction of labor and overhead costs.I supervised and negotiated the pricing of the largest order ever taken at Magline with a large medical equipment supplier. This order led to the creation of a new market for Magline.I Introduced cellular manufacturing and the acquisition of robotic welding at Magline, improving throughput 300% and facilitating the ability to respond and service our largest customer.

Richmond, In

Negotiated exclusive manufacturing and supply agreements with several Tier1 automotive customers. I led the growth of the top line 4 fold, from $3MM to 13MM over my tenure.Planned and directed a plant expansion that doubled the size of the factory and helped triple revenue with Delphi Automotive. Expansion included the negotiation and acquisition of new equipment in excess of $1MM. I coordinated efforts with a local college to introduce new training and development for every employee in the factory. I developed and executed a strategy that improved the bottom line, generating EBIT over 3 years at 20%.
