The agency also played a critical role in the initial product development and launch of hundreds of new product lines within the the Home Improvement industry. Later developed multiple dedicated In-Store Vendor Service Divisions servicing the big box retailers; The Home Depot, Lowe's and Buildersquare. Oversaw the hiring and training of 350 new employees in 90 days. Indirectly managed fifty Regional Managers with direct report responsibility for five Divisional Directors and the corporate executive heads for the Accounting, Human Resources, and Information Technology departments.
