CurrentIn my current capacity, I lead operations, managing the delivery of 15 hard and soft services, design and enforce service level agreements (SLAs), and establish and monitor vital KPIs. I select, recruit, and train team members, management and supervisors, and operatives for a staff of 20+, supporting comprehensive coverage across multiple services during high-volume times.
