Founder and creator of a start up Boise radio group. Took five financially struggling stations from less than $50,000 monthly revenue to $200,000 monthly revenue in less than 365 days. Created programming for all stations, marketing, infrastructure, staffing, short and long term vision, including the addition of a sixth station and designed exit strategy for a pending liquidation event. Oversaw all hiring and training of a staff that grew from ten to fifty people. Company currently has the fastest growing revenue and listenership of any radio group in Boise.

Leader of seven radio stations and a 100 person staff including all aspects of sales, marketing, recruiting, training generating revenue, and protecting FCC granted license. Prior to my arrival, company posted monthly revenue deficitsof nearly $200,000. My plan of extensive recruiting and training resulted in monthly profits of nearly $100,000 and margins close to 30%. Responsible for all aspects of budgeting in a $30 million dollar (annual) operation.

Started one of the fastest revenue turn-around projects in history of the company within five months of taking over all aspects of operations, the five station group enjoyed a monthly cash flow for the first time in its six year history and averaged a $40,000 monthly profit until my departure.

Developed and implemented marketing and sales strategy for Boise State University football and basketball radio rights that increased sales of less than $100,000 per year to over $1,000,000 per year. Clients using my revenue and marketing strategies included Carl's Jr., State of Idaho
