A passion for manufacturing has kept me motivated during my 32 years with Nissan.I have gained significant experience of vehicle development, the manufacturing process, Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) supplier development & the global supply chain.This culminated in leading supplier development & Bill Of Materials (BOM) management teams for multiple new vehicles across the Renault/Nissan Alliance. This shows a proven track record in strategy & objective setting, Project Management, cross functional stakeholder engagement & team delivery.As an established and goal-driven professional, I have an eye for the detail whilst keeping focussed on the big picture.A period working in global Renault/Nissan ‘Business Process Re-engineering’ has demonstrated my analytical, problem solving & decision making skills. I found that benchmarking is only ever the start of process improvement. Experience has allowed me to contribute a dash of innovation when optimising processes.Naturally all new processes required a structured roll out including hands on staff training, requiring great communication & presentation whilst engaging, coaching & mentoring with staff with different abilities. The role also gave me responsibility for cross company governance.
