Police Lead for the Access to Justice and Community Security Programme - Syria (AJACS).Responsible for supporting the Free Syrian Police to establish a professional and accountable community policing service.Over a seven month period led a police team which developed a core training programme together with the Free Syrian Police, delivered over $3 million worth of equipment, supported the development & implementation of Syrian Policing Plans and established a framework of local accountability.

Accountable for delivering core policing services across Western Hampshire. Command of 1300 staff and a £62 million budget.Set a strategy focused upon:- Combatting Organised Crime Groups.- Increasing partnership presence in the most deprived communities.- Reducing recidivism amongst the most prolific offenders.Over three years delivered a 23% reduction in crime, improved detection rates in all crime types, increased public satisfaction levels to highest recorded in Hampshire and achieved the national Tilley Award for crime prevention.Managed numerous critical incidents and coordinated the multi-agency response to the 2014 floods across the Counties of Hampshire and the Isle of Wight.
