Working for the Manufacturing Build Strategy, Operations, Change and Configuration, and Care and Protection teams involved with the design, manufacturing and commisioning of the UKs Maritime Underwater Capabilities. Heavily reliant upon collaboration, technology and human capability, this role deals with complex problems and innovative solutions, supported by a highly skilled team committed to the success of the organisation.

Controlling the release of configuration downstream production data as a result of engineering and build derived change requests, considering effectivity, concessions, work order re-work, balancing and re-planning as appropriate. Leading a team of skilled manufacturing engineers to ensure the product meets the requirements of design authority released information, with key focus on lean workflows and safety for both shipbuilder and customer.
