Sr. Manager, Tech Talent Acquisition
Current- Responsible for the execution of talent acquisition for a 3K+ FTE technology organization (second largest within Capital One) resulting in year over year increases- Analyze various data inputs to measure performance, waste, trends, and gaps, resulting in the development of the organizations OKRs which included gap to goal strategies, sourcing strategies, accountability metrics, process reviews for systemic breakdowns/efficiencies, and overall organizational structure-Developed and implemented strategic levers to include alternative sourcing strategy, conversion rate and volume targets, and proactive pipelining to meet evolving demand. - Partnered with Marketing Intelligence to understand competitor movements and market trends, developing a talent acquisition strategy resulting in decreased cycle time and increased conversion rates compared to peers and overall Tech hiring within Capital One - Partnered with HR, Chief of Staff, Talent Selection, Risk, and other stakeholders to establish Applied Research and Generative AI job families and subsequent selection process and hiring strategy, resulting in 60% fill rate within the first 7 months of going live- Analyzing and developing weekly and ad hoc reports pertaining to recruiting strategy, workforce planning, geographics, and other data needed to provide directional feedback to leadership.- Partner with product team on the enhancement of Eightfold (CRM) increasing our ability to build proactive pipelines, build events/campaigns, identify underrepresented talent pools (DIB/DEI), and create a single source of documentation for all candidate and prospect activity while maintaining accountability- Partner with Diversity team to establish metrics and expected outcomes from diversity sourcing team. Provided guidance on how to leverage conversion rates to better understand throughput needed for desired outcomes
