-Monitor implementation of HSE Management system in accordance with bridging document.-Provide the necessary guidance regarding observed deviations from the agreed bridging document or HSE Management system.-Provide the necessary HSE support to the Repsol Company-man and Country HSE Manager.-Ensure waste management procedures are followed in accordance with HSE management system.-Provide all feedback on incidents via Repsol Initial Incident reporting system for all incidents occurring on the rig-Coordinate the reporting and investigation of all incidents.-Periodically conduct area inspections and system audits and provide the rig OIM and STC with feedback on needed corrective or improvement actions. -Develop and provide all aspects of HSE performance data daily, weekly and monthly.-Support the implementation and delivery of the Atwood Beacon Behavior Based Safety Program.-Support all rig HSE initiatives
