(Machines and X-ray) Design/Manufacturing documentation for two main GaN MOCVD platforms.  Responsible for transition from IR&D to Engineering / Operations.  Detailed 3D-models and drawings for next generation platform high brightness LED’s up to 200 mm). Designed and built custom dual vacuum filtration for glove box particles down to .01 microns.  Maintainability of existing GaN platform including operations documentation, (MBOM, routers, assembly instructions, incoming inspection, rework and repair procedure). Teamed with Vendor 3D additive printing (SLM-280) eliminate welds and seals on many parts and assemblies.
