A practitioner of both Waterfall Software Development Lifecycle and Agile environments.With a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce and Computer Science and recently completed Post Graduate Certificate in Business Administration at The University of Auckland, apart from Business Analysis Dave has performed management leadership roles ranging from BA Lead, Project Management, Requirement Management and Quality Assurance Management.He has solid experience in stakeholder engagement and management, relationship building, conflict resolution, dealing with ambiguity and strategy. Experienced in project resourcing, cost management, steerco report and decision papers writing. Proficient in information gathering, requirements management, writing business requirement documentation, requirements and communication management via functional specification writing, business process mapping, process and procedure analysis and user documentation/training. Dave is also an experienced Team Leader with strong leadership and management skills. He leads by example and practices what he preaches. His management style is well coordinated and tailored to allow a team member to grow and discover learning while providing a proactive coaching and mentoring. Communicates with active listening skills allowing a team member to express opinion but also provides insights that is neutral and respectful.
