Worked as Enterprise Business Analyst and acting Project Manager for Deposit Takers Act (DTA) Project.Worked as Senior BA on One Giant Leap Project. Responsible for leading and managing ~10 Business Analyst across various workstreams. EBA Buddy of 15 BA and Senior BA. Responsible for couching and mentoring buddies.Introduced and implemented Business Process Mapping Standards and Templates using selected BPMN notations. Leadership: Runs and manages Business Analysis Community of Craft (BA CoC) monthly practice meeting.Leadership: Company-wide Business Analysts Newsletter - QuickBytes. A monthly newsletter that features BAs of the month, interesting BA industry articles, and BA events within ASB and around Auckland.
