• Lead the implementation of new production system for WC manufacture delivering 70% reduction in transportation, 40% reduction of lead time and 10% reduction in scrap rates.
• Trained and coached a team of 3 flow leaders to deploy 5S and VSM based improvements delivering an improvement in WC unit first time quality by 20% to lead group in WC performance.
