Comprehensive legal administrative support for Sr. Partners. Responsible for drafting, formatting and finalizing correspondence, agreements, memoranda, presentations and other confidential legal documents. I create, organize and maintain case files, work with online billing software, retain outside experts and investigators. Responsible for Time Matters and Outlook calendar management, including scheduling meetings, court dates and hearings. In addition, also responsible for various copying, faxing, shipping, arranging travel, and preparing expense reports.Specialties: Advanced level proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, OJIN, PACER, Time Matters, Outlook and PowerPoint software programs.
