I am an experienced, international business leader, a strategist who has worked across Great Britain, Ireland, Europe, South America and the USA, and proud to lead a team of over 280 people in my role as Managing Director at Triton Showers the UK’s market leading shower manufacturer, inspiring everyone to use water & energy efficiently & enjoyably.Triton started in 1975, manufacturing its very first showers from a garage in Warwickshire. I joined the company in 2014 and became Managing Director in 2015. A lot has changed in my tenure, but we have always stayed true to our origins - recognising that it is our people who make us. My colleagues are, without a doubt, the driving force behind every success story Triton has achieved to date, as we have delivered continued growth and world class records in every metric for our parent group Norcros Plc.Our products are designed to suit all budgets, being a familiar fixture and 1st choice in both residential and commercial settings, from private homes and social housing properties to workplace environments. We have also recently pledged to go one step further, setting our sights on becoming the most sustainable shower brand in the UK; and already achieving Carbon Neutral status in June 2022. Environmental considerations are nothing new to us. We are already well on our way to being more successful by being sustainable - a commitment that we expect to culminate in Triton achieving net zero SBTi alignment by 2025, which is also our 50th anniversary year. Nothing is off limits to scrutiny as we work towards this ambitious goal, from reviewing what and how we manufacture, to the way our showers deliver a refreshing bathing experience; from how our service vehicles are powered to the types of packaging we use, we assess and improve continually. At the same time, we’re inspiring and educating our customers and consumers on how they can use water and energy responsibly, by sharing research and insights with our partners - both existing and prospective. Before I arrived at Triton, my career path involved working globally, identifying and maximising new product opportunities, brands and business streams. Focusing on consumer durable and luxury products, I have directed key account and product management teams across the world while coordinating commercial activities and leading multi-channel business structures. These are all skills that I continue to grow and utilise today, helping to further develop Triton’s strong brand proposition, maintaining its market-leading position and delivering outstanding results.
