Technology is more than a career for me; since first discovering our family PC at the age of 8 it has been my greatest passion and an endless opportunity to grow and improve, be challenged and seek answers to difficult problems. I've had the privilege to lead and develop teams of 3 to 75 people, and held responsibility for budgets ranging from $3M to $35M at organizations ranging from $250M to $7B in revenue.While I love and have a great passion for technology, I am equally passionate about leading people and teams, developing others into their best selves as a servant leader and mentor. In the course of my career, I've been privileged to make a positive impact in many lives and believe that every technical achievement I've played a role in delivering has been underpinned by the people I've grown alongside to get there.
