The collection program works in cooperation with several local and state agencies and provides disposal services for the southeast Minnesota region. Household, agricultural, and commercial wastes are accepted for management. The position requires knowledge of a wide range of hazardous materials, special wastes, recyclables, and municipal solid wastes.
