Streamlined workflow in the Digital Pre-Press Department (Print Center). Managed this high Volume department to ensure timely file preps for the Digital presses. Created Special actions to automate process.

This large web offset printing company employed over 385 people. Started as a Supervisor for their Second shift operation, got promoted as Pre-Press Manager for two of their facilities (Glendale Heights, and Hillside, IL). Restructured the department increased productivity and profitability of the company. Got the next promotion as the Plant Manager (operations, Press Room and Pre-Press). Instituted new procedures and saved the company over $250000 in the first 6 months of taking charge. Reduced wastage, increased productivity, above all won the hearts of the entire crew members, needless to say satisfied customers. Won the First Place Award in the Web offset category in my tenure as the Plant Manager. (First sward in the company 30 year existence).
