Responsible for management of day-to-day business operations for Technome, including contract management, invoicing, staffing and general project management; as well as client deliverables, managing cloud services, scientific research data and end-user support.

Responsible for leading development and dev-ops projects for clients within the Dept. of Health and Human Services and the Department of Defense. Worked with stakeholders to identify project goals and system requirements; worked with system architects, development teams and quality assurance teams to ensure that goals and requirements were met; worked with PMO to ensure that contractual obligations were met.

Responsible for technical architecture, system administration and software development for internal and external clients. Led the design and development of large scale DSL provisioning system and assisted in the development of XML based data transfer systems for e-commerce applications.

Responsible for network design and administration, system administration and end-user support for 1000+ user environment. Performed System administration support for large multi-user Windows network and designed and developed applications as necessary for the administration and staff.
