Dune London is an international shoe retailer supplying high end footwear in a competitive market. Starting in the UK 20 years ago they’ve recently undergone rapid growth pushing into various international territories. My role at Dune has been a holistic approach to supporting the business. Between myself and my team we provide the first point of call for IT support queries, infrastructure administration, project implementation, out of hours support and provide critical sales reporting to the business on a daily basis. Managing a team of 3 Support Analyst I put a strong emphasis on the customer experience while managing expectations and collaborating with the business analysts delivering innovative solutions to the business. I've both led and been involved in a number of substantial improvement projects:-Deploying high value contactless payment nationwide being the second retailer on the high street to offer the options to it's customers.Refreshing all store PC equipment at 250 remote sites across UK, Ireland and Switzerland.Implementing the upgrade of store to store stock transfers across 250 sites.Changing support processes to streamline and improve resolution time.Amending working hours to provide a better level of resource to support the business and make working hours more flexible for my team.
