Our diverse portfolio of solutions is grounded by deep industry and subject matter expertise with leading capabilities in digital transformation, benefits and healthcare, human resources, digital payments, transaction processing, automation, analytics, and constituent experience.Conduent’s PAS division has implemented more than 150 pension and benefit administration systems, and our experience providing pension and benefit administration software solutions to multi-employer plans, including public sector, Taft-Hartley, union trusts, and not-for-profit organizations extends over 30 years.For the Conduent Pension Administration Software division, as the PMO Manager, I along with my team, provide:• Governance: ensuring audit and peer reviews are conducted regularly ensuring quality and accountability.• Transparency: using our proprietary monitoring and tracking tools to provide information with a single source of truth, and ensuring the information is relevant and accurate to support effective decision-making.• Reusability: guiding project teams from reinventing the wheel by being a central point for lessons learned, templates and best practice.• Delivery support: making it easy for project teams to do their jobs by reducing bureaucracy, providing training, mentoring and quality assurance.• Traceability: providing the function for managing documentation, project history and organizational knowledge, via our proprietary tracking and monitoring tools.• Business Development: assisting with the development of client solutions to determine best fit, required effort, time and scope, and resource impacts. As well as responding to sections in RFPs related to the implementation and deployment of the pension application.

• Responsible for the development and management of the RFP Program at CPAS.• Responsible for all Marketing activities for both public and private sectors, globally.

• Responsible for the development of all marketing and communications related functions from inception to completion (including: direct mail campaigns, web, collateral creation and production, trade show and conference participation, ext.) for a multiple award winning global provider of pension administration software solutions.• Development of key messages for all audiences to communicate CPAS’ core brand identity.• Development of research tactics, including surveys and focus groups as well as analysis of competitor product information obtained through Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) requests.• Perform qualitative analysis on market research and report on findings to senior management for competitive products, pricing models and market trends. • Recommend pricing, promotion, product and distribution tactics based on market research, network and qualification of prospects to create CPAS’ competitive advantage.• Develop and implement CPAS’ strategic marketing plan for both domestic and international market segments aimed at maximizing growth potential.• Designed and implemented corporate Style Guide.
