• Drives the supplier selection process in America according to internal process and define preferred suppliers in main categories. • Negotiates prices and terms with local suppliers in America, consolidate current supplier base and to secure purchasing support in major products and new product development projects.• Proposes Baosteel Equipment, Part and Material product sales plan yearly/quarterly/monthly and develop business in America.• Negotiates prices and terms with local customers in America in terms of quality, quantity and price in America.• Customer and Supplier claim treatment.• Collects information and statistical data of American markets of Equipment, Part and Material product to advance and improve Baosteel’s overseas purchase and sales strategies.

 be responsible for generating and execution of annual sales volume, profit index, marketing strategies for ore and alloy business. be responsible for integrating purchase and sales issue for ore and alloy. be responsible for investigating and researching alloy market and submit report timely.

 participate in Project Feasibility study and be responsible for equipment budget and its decomposition proposal arrange suppliers to carry out technical exchange and sign final technical annex organize bidding or inquiry procedure, negotiate commercial contract and price, then sign contract after approval of Top level of company project execution management including execution cost control, arrangement for design review, equipment ex-work inspection, equipment transportation& import tax free& customs clearance, equipment install and acceptance test and final claim etc.
