• Creation of all calibration processes• Management of 4 Lab technicians and 1 Service Coordinator• Scheduling with the Service Coordinator all technician field service • Metrology Lab project supervision and budgeting• Quoting of service agreements• OSHA 300 Log administration• Communication with customers relating to safety requirements• Maintain all Building / Vehicle Safety equipment• Technician Safety training which includes weekly meetings• Maintain internal and customer required SDS records• First Aid / PPE administration
