I have over 30 years of experience in both biotechnology and large pharma with extensive experience in functional, asset and executive leadership at global, regional and site level. I have been fortunate to spend the majority of my career in biotechnology and contribute to the growth and success of Amgen, Biogen, and Immunocore. I have been able to progress through areas of increasing responsibility to build an extensive knowledge base across multiple assets, differing therapeutic areas, and across both early/late stage development and commercialization. I have also spent time refining my leadership approach in different geographic locations and operational models, working with functional and matrix teams across the globe, as well as managing relationships with CROs, external functional vendors, and leading asset level strategic relationships.
