Commenced a technical support role on the newly-formed Day Opportunities Information Team in August 2023, taking over from an Administrative Officer on another directorate who had overseen the systems development side of the Day Opportunities programme since it was initially launched in 2022.Key duties: Working closely with product manager(s) and delivery manager(s), helping to provide technical knowledge to support the team and guide the work of a new pilot scheme aiming to streamline community activities and day centre referrals. Overseeing the technical aspects of an assessment team by making data and systems-related decisions, guiding team members in technical matters, and supervising data analysis and system modifications.Assessment and quality assurance monitoring of provider applications to register on the authority's Day Opportunities framework
