This journey includes notable achievements and influential roles, such as Land Acquisition for a merchant home builder, rehab manager for America's premier owner and manager in the single-family home rental industry, and Owner's Rep and Project Manager for a California-based multifamily developer. With investor capital and my leadership skills, I managed the successful purchase, renovation, and resale of over 200 homes in two years, showcasing my strategic vision, execution, and delivery of results. A notable moment in my career was the successful disposition of an 85-acre distressed project in West Henderson, burdened by over $200 million in debt. My well-executed plan included entitlements, skillful negotiations with lenders, and a successful auction. I turned this financially beleaguered asset into a profitable venture, yielding an impressive $54 million for the group.My journey in real estate development began to take shape in the early 90’s, as Owner and General Manager of my own Landscape & Masonry construction company where I managed daily operations.My early professional experience as the Assistant to Project Engineer at Rockwell International in the 80’s, involved managing engineering project operations for various government contracts.Throughout my diverse career, my dedication, commitment to excellence, strategic foresight, and hands-on approach have remained steadfast, consistently driving success in the field of real estate and development.
