CurrentECG is a strategic consulting firm leading healthcare forward using knowledge and expertise built over the course of over 50 years -- assisting health systems and payers to deliver care more effectively and efficiently through innovation, problem-solving, and exploring new ways to improve population health and financial results. Responsibilities:Guiding clients through payer strategy development, reimbursement analysis and design, contract negotiations, and other strategic and operational issues affecting commercial and government revenue streams -- Enabling clients optimize their managed care portfolios and develop successful value-based reimbursement strategies and contracts. Participation on engagements with providers of inpatient, outpatient, professional, behavioral health, and post-acute services, as well as payers. My engagements are focused in the three areas of: Contracting and Reimbursement; Value and Risk-Based Payment Programs; Payer Services.Activities include: Analyzing, synthesizing and interpreting data to inform client recommendations; Providing financial modeling to conduct in-depth analyses and recommending executable strategies; Performing competitive analysis using price transparency data; Conducting stakeholder interviews; Leading information-gathering efforts; Assisting in developing and managing work plans, schedules, and budgets; Defining project analyses and deliverables; Communicating project progress and seeking input; Developing depth of technical expertise; Identifying follow-on opportunities and helping to scope and close such engagements; Assisting in the design and implementation of recommended solutions; Working closely with multiple project teams and ECG Principals; Taking responsibility for project outcomes in line with budgets and time commitments; Communicating effectively with management and executive-level client staff; Participating in peer and junior staff knowledge development and career advancement.
