About Dave Wheaton

Experience: Pushing twenty years of radio broadcasting, the past seven with management titles including Operations Manager, Promotions/Marketing Director, Continuity Director, and Program Director. In 2007, I conceptualized, and now write, produce, and host "Coming Home", an interview and music show about independent Texas music.I have also been involved in, and maintained, a stable of advertising clients.Specialties: I have hosted/produced/engineered over 100 Coming Home Radio Show programs.Released "Coming Home: The Studio Sessions" on CD, April 2009, which I recorded, produced, and engineered.Nominated Disc Jockey of the Year at the 2009 and 2010 Texas Music Awards.2009 - Presented the Palmwood Award by the Academy of Texas Music.
