 To Manage operations through Contracts Managers to ensure work is completed within customer timescales and quality standards To manage & maintain stock levels in the branch and report stock levels to the Purchasing & Logistics Manager on a monthly basis.  To organise and attend meetings, to discuss customer expectations, future requirements to maximise business opportunities and develop customer relations. To maintain and improve working relationships with the branches customers through regular face to face meetings and discussions. To implement Company disciplinary procedure where necessary ensuring procedures are carried out correctly.  To rectify any operational problems in a timely and professional manner. To develop strategies to improve efficiency & reduce costs without compromising safety to exceed budgetary expectations. To ensure that all company procedures including health & safety, ISO9001 are adhered to by yourself & other employees in the branch To provide management with the necessary reports on a weekly & monthly basis. To ensure that all employees are equipped and trained to specific company requirements. To control the recruitment procedure and to ensure that the branch is adequately staffed. Provide representation of the Company by maintaining contact with customers and promoting the Company’s products and services and ensuring that potential new sales are forwarded to the sales team.
