Mentor, guide, and coach a team architectural sales representatives, contractor/dealer representatives as well as a contractor specialty representative in order to drive the ceilings business for USG in the central United States.

Manage a group of 7 architectural sales representatives over 8 states. The Architectural Sales team brings value to project team members as trusted advisors across the entire USG ceiling, specialty ceiling, and panel portfolio.

• Consult with architects and end users on a wide range of innovative automatic door solutions • Collaborate with architects to select ideal system solutions, consult on proper application design, and produce code compliant tailored performance specifications• Share knowledge about innovations in the automated door industry

As Regional Manager for Tate Access Floors, I am responsible for the Tate dealer network covering Washington, Oregon, California, and Hawaii. Additional responsibilities include the support of regional architects, end users, and engineers as it pertains to the sustainable and high performance benefits that under floor service distribution can provide a wide range of project types. As Regional Manager it is also my responsibility to engage mechanical engineers, facility managers, and owners on wide range air-side optimization solutions for future and existing data center applications.

• Responsible for engaging end users, architects, mechanical engineers, and developers in order to convert projects to underfloor service distribution applications• Led the Business Development team in total conversions and educational meeting performed each year from 2007-2010• Managed the specification maintenance over a 12 state territory

• Responsible for the production and management of specifications totaling over $8 million in sales annually• Performed over 50 AIA seminars annually• Achieved a territory record in 2006 with $1.4 million dollars in specialty metal sales • Awarded the Acoustical Panel Award for top performance in 2005

• Responsible for the field verification, design, pricing documentation, and construction documentation of over 65 projects
