In this role I directed IT operations for a $500MM mid-market producer of consumer packaged food products (1,000 associates with two Maine-based sites). I led teams responsible for business analytics and intelligence, SAP, web, network/infrastructure and unified communications functions. A key highlight of my tenure was in leading the company's business intelligence strategy, which drove business growth and fact-based decision making through standard data definitions and processes, KPIs, dashboards and associated reporting. Another achievement was in helping direct a multi-year, multi-function, multi-site strategic program which realized combined savings of several million dollars due to efficiencies gained with new facilities, platforms, and infrastructure, including: new distribution and manufacturing facilities, warehouse management and manufacturing execution systems, and new corporate datacenter.

In this role I managed network operations for a Chicago-based division of global banking conglomerate ABN-AMRO. I was responsible for infrastructure leadership, strategy, and execution related to the division’s highly visible and highly profitable trading platform, which routed domestic equity and commodity orders to major exchanges.
