The Site Facilities Engineering group includes a dynamic mix of project engineering and system engineering services for the NNL's Kesselring Site. Design of heating, ventilating, and odor control systems at WWTPs in accordance with NFPA 820 for areas with explosive hazard classification. Design of natural gas piping systems in accordance with the NYS Fuel Gas Code. Design of commercial mechanical systems in accordance with the NYS Mechanical Code. Construction administration for commercial and industrial mechanical systems for public and private facilities. Submittal review and progress inspections of piping and accessories for systems such as fire protection, natural gas distribution, hydronic systems, furnaces, boilers, air handlers, cooling towers, chillers, pumps, heat exchangers, VFDs, soft starters, instruments, and SCADA systems.
