Responsible for all aspects of engineering during a period of time when a new product was introduced, the engineering staff was grown by 50% (50 people) and revenue grew by 50%+.

Responsible for Software Development, Product Management, Technical Documentation and Training. Helped grow revenues from $6M to $10M and transition the company into a cash flow positive position. Managed up to 40 people with a wide range of responsibilities. Part of the executive team responsible for the successful sale to NetApp (NTAP) and the resulting integration.

Founding executive member of the Wireless Products Division. Developed products for 3G wireless BaseStations and the emerging WiMAX wireless networks. Managed up to 40 people over 3 sites.

Founding executive member of the Division. Developed products for Enterprise storage segments addressing Fibre Channel, SAS and SATA applications. Helped to grow revenues to $20M during the period. Managed up to 100 people over 3 sites.

Responsible for all administrative, budget and engineering activities of an ASIC development group with product responsibilities in the high-speed Telecom (OC-12/48/192/768) and DataCom (Ethernet, Backplanes) areas. Grew revenue from $100M to a peak of +$400M. Developed over 25 devices starting or enhancing the following product lines: S/UNI, XENON, SPECTRA, CHESS (TSE/TBS/WSE/TUPP), ARROW, CRSU. Product families provided chipset solutions for Telecom equipment (ADMs, MSPP, XC) and Datacom equipment (Switches, Routers, etc). Managed up to 225 people over 6 development sites.
