I am currently working at Bentley Motors Ltd in Cheshire as a Senior HR/IT Programme Manager. My most recent project has been to lead the complete design and delivery of the full Core HR and talent modules of SAP SuccessFactors solution including Employee Central. The technical workstream also covered integration via SAP Cloud platform to on-premise SAP HCM and payroll.The above programme was delivered as part of a wider HR transformation and business change that included an organisational shift of HR Operating model with a focus on implementing industry leading best practices. I was also accountable for the overall change management workstream within the programme, ensuring embedding of new processes and value realisation. As the programme is now live, I also have ongoing responsibility for ensuring solution designs for new and existing HR cycle projects are managed using SuccessFactors. This also includes co-coordinating centre of excellence teams for talent and core HR modules along with the introduction of new features introduced by SAP on a quarterly basis. I am responsible for management of both on and offsure resources, working closely with external solution integration partners, SAP product owners along with internal technical and HR operations teams. I have worked with multiple SI's ans also have Director level contacts at SAP in the UK.A significant part of the role is around managing key internal business stakeholders across the whole organisation. The project was sponsored at board level with our overall sponsor being the Board Member for People, IT & Digital Functions. In 2018 the project was featured as part of a key note address at SAP Success Connect in Berlin. The project has also received internal awards at Bentley for "Good to Great" achievements along with a £1.4M per annum validated ROI via efficiency savings.
