I have 30 years+ experience as a writer and PR/Marketing person in the Twin Cities. I have written articles for both major newspapers and several smaller ones around town, including MinnPost.com. I retired as the Sports Information Director at Hamline University in October 2019.I also authored a book entitled: "162-0: The Greatest Wins In Twins' History." In addition, I have done public address work since high school days in Windsor, Ontario. From 1972-2011, I served as the main voice for U of St. Thomas men's hockey games. From 1990-2011, I have handled the school's football and basketball games as well. I also work high school hockey and basketball games during the regular season and for the Minnesota State High School League.Specialties: Website writing and work in general; proofreading; contract writing.

    I have been a public address announcer for various sporting events since I was a junior in high school. I have worked many MSHSL state tournaments and such national college events as the NIT basketball tournaments, the WCHA Frozen Five, the NAIA hockey tournament and assorted All Star Games. I have been honored to be one of the voices of the MSHSL hockey tournaments since 1991. I also have extensive background in broadcasting as the former play by play voice of the St. Paul Saints baseball team as well a freelance work on U of Minnesota and U Wisconsin hockey. I also did the color commentary for NHL games for Montreal, Minnesota North Stars and Washington.

I stayed there five seasons left and returned in the fall of 2002 for four more seasons. In that time, I handled the majority of the pr duties as well as serving as a radio voice for the team for three seasons. The duties ranged from selling to putting the game program together to press releases to running the teams website.
