I began my electrical career in the Alberta energy sector, completing projects across Canada. Specializing in oilfield and natural gas process facilities, I developed expertise in Zone 1 & 2 hazardous areas, oil and gas operations, power distribution, instrumentation and control.A decade and a half ago, I joined forces with Custom Electric, Western Canada's leading electrical contractor, where I lead as an Industrial Electrical Supervisor. As part of this rapidly growing organization, I oversee commercial and industrial projects completing installations all over Alberta, British Columbia, Saskatchewan, Ontario, Northwest Territories, and Nunavut.As the world around us evolves, we must adapt and innovate. Recently, my personal interest in blockchain technologies, combined with my role at Custom Electric, has provided the opportunity to develop and refine the skills necessary to aid in the design and complete the installation of multiple state of the art cryptocurrency mining facilities. This has included several large-scale, state-of-the-art air-cooled and liquid-cooled immersion projects and high power compute industrial data centers.Throughout the years, I have been fortunate to build and maintain a growing network of relationships with my colleagues and clients, many of whom have become close friends.
