About Dave Zilber

I am a seasoned manager and leader in the Naval and Defense markets, with the added experience from twenty years as a Naval Officer in the US Navy. I am particularly skilled at solving customer problems and bringing projects to a close. Both my business and naval experience have provided me the opportunity to solve a broad spectrum of engineering, operations, business continuity, safety, and training challenges. I am equally comfortable meeting someone in the corner office and then getting hands on with the workers on the shop floor. I stay engaged in naval maintenance and corrosion control as the Chairman of the annual MegaRust Naval Corrosion Conference, Operations Manager for the annual Fleet Maintenance and Modernization Symposium, and active involvement in other ASNE, SNA, NSRP, and Navy League events. I enjoy sharing my passion for boating and sailing by instructing Sea Scouts in proper seamanship, sailing, and leadership.
