I'm responsible for overseeing the architecture, development, and maintenance of our enterprise software and web applications. In my time here I've supervised the complete overhaul and modernization of nearly all our in-house software from complex line-of-business applications that support our unique mission and diverse business units to public-facing web properties that engage with the public and our members. In that time we've moved from legacy languages and frameworks to the latest generation of .NET technologies and reimagined how our modern cloud-native line of business applications should be designed.

Advanced software engineering and development of cross-platform desktop and web-based modeling, simulation, and network management tools using .NET, Mono, Java, and XML technologies. Design and development of network testing laboratory and supporting tools.
