With a cross-industry career in technology, management and coaching stretching back to 1990 across the hospitality, education and energy sectors, I am proud to have worked in, built and run some incredibly talented and high performing teams.I have delivered millions of pounds worth of IT, written and published project management frameworks and research papers, run a popular 13th century coaching inn, changed lives coaching adventure sports in the outdoors, and provided high quality project management and first aid training. Now I am focused on the pre-hopital care world, bringing together my passion for people, process, technology and coaching, as I train towards becoming a paramedic and building a first class front line emergency response and training company. For me, everything is about communication, cooperation and coordination. There's nothing you can't achieve by talking to each other, being decisive when it counts and leading inspirationally by example. Above all, learning, coching and teaching is at the heart of everything.
