I assist stakeholders in protecting, recovering, growing and ultimately realising maximum value from their equity or quasi-equity positions, most commonly by representing them on a board of directors in the (typically 12-24m) period leading up to a sale. With my background in the Leveraged Finance/Private Equity market since 1996, I understand and have represented multiple stakeholder perspectives, including equity, mezzanine, debt and management and have the added hands-on experience from an executive role in a multi-faceted operating business. I’m passionate about delivering better outcomes wherever I get involved and I’ve done so repeatedly, sometimes spectacularly. e.g. Aurum Holdings, which won the Private Company Turnaround of The Year 2013 award at the Institute For Turnaround.
