Built out Engineering headcount in our New York City headquarters and LA office. - Launched the Oscar Apprenticeship program to provide pathways for talent from underrepresented communities into the Engineering org.- Coached and partnered with all people managers and leaders in the CA office to build the culture of our team - maintained highest eSAT of any Oscar office.
