Currently leading People Strategy support for our Advisory functions (Corporate Strategy, Executive Office, Finance, Legal, Communications, etc.) Previously led PStrat support for Insurance (P&L, Network, Sales, Plan Design, Pricing, etc.), Clinical (Market Medical Directors, Clinical Case Management, Utilization Review Management, Oscar Medical Group), and Technical (Engineering, Product & Design, IT, Data, Project Management, etc.) business units.Core responsibilities include: Executive coaching & partnership, enterprise & departmental change management, organizational development (talent reviews, employee lifecycle management, succession planning, organizational design, operating modeling), HR business partnership, strategic initiatives & planning, people management, business continuity planning, intra-departmental People team engagement, etc.

Partner to Oscar's Technical Leadership (Engineering / CTO Org., Product Management, Product Design, IT, etc.) for all things related to their people strategy.- Key contributor to a variety of workstreams related to Oscar's 2021 IPO (ex: company compensation program transitions, change management, etc.)- Led the transition of the CA team to full-remote work through the COVID-19 pandemic (ex: operationalizing office closure, maintaining cultural connection mechanisms, supporting CA employees). - Coached Tech leadership through the many challenges of 2020 & 2021 (ex: the pandemic, transitioning teams to WFH, supporting employees in the wake of George Floyd's murder, the 2020 election and subsequent insurrection in DC, our IPO etc.).

Hybrid role of Technical Recruiting + People Strategy. - Supported growth of the Oscar CA office as it became a dedicate technical hub and expanded from ~15 people to 100+. - Acted as interim Head of Technical Recruiting March '18 - November '18. Built out Engineering headcount in our New York City headquarters and LA office. - Launched the Oscar Apprenticeship program to provide pathways for talent from underrepresented communities into the Engineering org.- Coached and partnered with all people managers and leaders in the CA office to build the culture of our team - maintained highest eSAT of any Oscar office.
