Following on the contacts I built up during the Vauxhall Difference, I then took the techniques to worldwide locations. Bulgaria, Dominican Republic and Egypt among many. I ended up in Dubai as a trainer for the GM Middle East Academy for Excellence. This led me to working in all the Gulf countries.I also got involved with a locally run company that used experiential training techniques with Coke, American Express, Hilton Hotels and Emirates Airlines.

I joined the Facility as a shareholder and director to increase the management team and oversee the introduction of audio to the operation. Aside from running the audio department my main areas of interest were HR, recruitment and back office. Great learning curve but I belong at the creative end of any operation so I departed in 2007 to return to freelance operations.

Spectrum was a top end agency and gave me presentation experience at many big events. The one that became life changing was the Vauxhall Difference. It was a huge programme that involved attitude and service training for the whole Vauxhall network.Through involvement with that I trained in facilitation and experiential techniques and, unknowingly, set the course for the rest of my career.

Starting on Drivetime and progressing though the lunchtime news to end up as presenter of the Breakfast Show from 1992-1994.

Recruited and trained by the BBC to work in Network Operations. This involved overseeing the technical quality and balance of all four BBC radio networks and also programme routing in the LOndon Control Room.I spent four months attached to TV as a sound operator at Elstree.

Working in the London Control Room at Broasdcasting House, London I was part of a team of TOs who were responsible for the technical quality of the sound output for the four radio networks and the contributing sound sources into the BBC for TV and radio in addition to the transmitter distribution network.
