The mission of the Canadian Automobile Dealers Association is to deal with issues of a national nature which affect the well-being of new car and truck dealers in Canada.

The NCDA’s Board of Directors is made up of eleven volunteer Dealer Members and two members-at-large who represent every region of British Columbia. The Board of Directors also includes the five members of the Executive Committee – NCDA’s President and CEO, and four Dealer Principals representing various regions of BC. NCDA’s Executive Committee oversees the Association.

The New Car Dealers Foundation of BC exists to provide CarCareerBC grants and scholarships to young people for automotive industry programs that lead to work at car dealership and supports other charities throughout BC where local dealers are involved. The Annual Industry Gala at the Vancouver International Auto Show raises funds for the Foundation’s charitable activities. Members and associate members contribute to the Foundation through their participation in certain Association events throughout the year.Funding contributions have also been provided to: Georgian College, Special Olympics BC, University of Victoria, SOS Children’s Village BC, Thompson River, Okanagan College, Canuck Place Children’s Hospice, and BCIT.The Foundation is a significant contributor to Special Olympics BC (SOBC). SOBC is dedicated to providing opportunities for individuals with intellectual disabilities and their pursuit with sports training and competition.New Car Dealer Association Members, through the Foundation, are the largest single financial supporter of SOBC and also reward BC’s Olympic athletes with assistance in purchasing or leasing new vehicles and with discounts on service, parts, and repairs.

Coached a great team of sales people and helped grow this business to four record years in a row.

Lead a team of professional sales people selling new Ford and Lincoln vehicles as well as quality pre owned cars and trucks.

This was my first role as a Sales Manager after nine years selling cars for General Motors, Nissan and Subaru. I will always be grateful for the opportunity and friendship that Gordon and Colin Williams gave me and for believing in me to be the leader in their sales department.
