I held full responsibility for P&L margins for a business competing in the Durable Goods Category, which is projected to exceed $150M CAD in 2020. I oversaw 508 associates, four manufacturing facilities, three logistics centres, and three Centres of Excellence. I also launched three major category entries, redesigning business processes to support increased business. Additionally, I designed and established a Sales Operations Department to collaborate with Marketing Department and drive data-informed decisions. I introduced Mfg 4.0 into three-year operational plan to boost GM and developed strategic plan to align objectives, goals, strategies, and KPIs across all departments and in compliance with ISO 90001 governance. My greatest achievements include:• Driving +8% CAGR revenue growth in 18 months, following 0% growth through 15-year CAGR. • Increasing EBIT from 7% to 11.5% within 18 months. • Supervising the merger of Broan-Nutone and Venmar, saving $5.9M in COGS costs. • Cutting SGA by $2.7M CAD in one year. • Initiating new channels of business valued at +5M. • Developing and launching digital and direct-to-consumer on-line commerce component, building e-commerce revenue from 2% to 20%. • Negotiating contracts worth $100M with Home Depot, Lowes, Rona Canada, Spancan Buying Group, and AD Electrical and Plumbing Groups. • Serving the company that was awarded “Company of the Year” by the CCID in 2019.• Earning position as a finalist for “Business Personality of the Year” by the CCID in 2017.

I supervised department heads for key accounts, field sales, trade marketing finance, sales intelligence, legal counsel, sales operations, revenue management, and human resources. I also served as board member for Stella Artois, Leffe, Corona, and Hoegarten business entities. I devised channel strategy to enhance ROI and reduce double spends and revamped key account teams to strengthen relationships with major accounts. I increased employee engagement to highest level in company’s history. I also established Category Management Team to shift focus to shopper perceptions and behaviours. I then introduced GAP Partnership Training program for associates who led negotiations. I returned focus to Sales Excellence Program, which uses data to form decisions. I also promoted associate growth and collaboration between company’s Quebec and English Canadian teams. I led annual contract negotiations for more than 7000 accounts an directed matrix reporting for 600 logistics, 19 distribution centre, and 400 brewery employees. Greatest achievements in this role include having:• Initiated strategic plans that resulted in market share boost of +6% and EBITDA growth of +2%. • Developed and launched Trade Spend Control project, eliminating $50M in waste. • Sold and installed 3000 small pack fridge units to fast-track impulse segment growth. • Negotiated multi-year contracts valued at $50M to $110M each. • Spearheaded strategic integration with Corona brand following 2013 acquisition.
