My areas of expertise encompass IP portfolio management, IP licensing (patent and trademark) and IP strategy; domestic and international litigation management, including management of complex IP issues; regulatory and compliance; IP transactions and commercial contracts; M&A, SEC reporting and auditing; corporate governance and securities; corporate, employment, and international law; employment law; and global contract management.
