Showcasing interactive optical illusions and exciting puzzle play, with over 250,000 visitors, and a company-best 4.78 Google rating, we have had a LOT of happy families spend their days with us!I have hired and trained our wonderful crew, and nurtured a culture of fun and guest satisfaction. On the technical side, I have been in charge of P&L and KPI, controlling labor cost, and increasing media exposure by assisting with periodic TV live remotes with the Phoenix media. And as we love when our guests take a piece of the museum home with them, I've fostered growth of merchandise sales in our retail gift shop. I am very proud of the growth we've experienced!Prior to running the museum, I helped coordinate, supervise, and entertain at over 1,400 weddings and corporate events. I also helped train over 200 mobile disc jockeys, coaching them on all aspects of music creation and mixing, planning, audio and video set-up, and client satisfaction. Hospitality has always been in my blood, and nothing has made me happier than having been the go-to liaison and connector to many venues, photographers, videographers, caterers, and - last but not least - wedding couples.Lastly, I have spent a good portion of my career as an audio editor, copywriter, and executive assistant to many entrepreneurs and personal development speakers. My work in this field has been so fulfilling, as I have been very fortunate to have worked with some of the top minds in the world, such as Joe Polish, Yanik Silver, Brendon Burchard, Alex Mandossian, Jay Abraham, and so many others.
