My continued progression at Betclic resulted in my appointment in a new role, the Senior Gaming Campaigns Manager, in April 2016. My areas of responsibility included managing six direct reports to create promotions for Casino and Poker products in regulated and unregulated markets. Working across six distinct brands with differing customer profiles, our focus was KPI-orientated, not only via a strong global campaign strategy but by also delivering localised campaigns tailored to specific market needs. My role saw me work closely with Country Managers on budgets for Casino and Poker in 2017, defining business values and prioritisation of product enhancements and sharing best practices in retention marketing across the Group as a whole.

Following a successful time as the Gaming Communications Manager, I was appointed the Poker Campaigns Manager for Betclic Everest. Aiming to develop our poker product by planning, creating and coordinating marketing campaigns and attractive promotions to maximize poker performance in all channels, I worked closely with our Country and CRM teams to define and deliver effective poker acquisition and retention strategies for the group's .COM poker sites. Working across distinct brands with differing customer profiles, we focused not just on a strong global campaign set but also working to bring in profitable local campaigns to support our various European markets.

Supporting and developing Acquisition and Retention communications on four brands (Everest Casino, Everest Poker, Imperial Casino and Monte-Carlo Casino), I have successfully managed a team of two to deliver website optimisations, promotional content and email communication. During this time, our team was an integral part of the relaunch of montecarlocasino.com, building the site in five languages and working with a truly international focus in mind. I also helped established the fledgling early life cycle CRM model as well as bringing in customised communications for our player segments, working closely with our VIP team to engage with our most valuable players.

In 2011 I was given the new role of Poker Content Manager for Sky Betting & Gaming, looking after the development, customer experience and content growth of skypoker.com. In this time we expanded on Sky Poker's YouTube content and viewership significantly, brought new educational material to both the website and the TV channel, and also released a brand-new look and feel to the site in March 2013. Following successfully launching WPT Poker in the United States, I decided to return to online media. Encompassing the Sky Poker, Sky Bingo and Sky Vegas websites, I was brought in my Sky with a view to increasing conversion and improving customer experience on their sites, with much of my early focus being placed on Skypoker.com.The role was a diverse one which allowed me to work across the business's various departments, liaising with Product, Marketing and Development teams to ensure each product is achieving all of its aims of balancing brand, proposition and financial KPIs. Using Tealeaf allowed me to bring new insight to customers’ use of the Sky Betting & Gaming sites, then taking the learnings and applying them in real time to improve promotional messaging.In March 2010 I headed up the new Gaming Content team, which saw the company place staff underneath me as we increased the pace of developments across the three sites. I believe this responsibility being placed on me within my first six months at the company is indicative of the trust and excellence I strive for in every position.
