As an HR Assistant turned HR Generalist, I am involved in a wide range of HR functions that touch areas such as employee relations, benefits, safety, administration, and HRIS. I have owned the complete process for FMLA and company provided LOAs. At times I have managed the full onboarding process, from pre-orientation and preparation to the processing and tracking of new hires. I have conducted full safety walks and audits of large manufacturing plants, facilitated safety trainings, and aided programs such as employee safety glasses clinics. Additionally, I built a full Excel dashboard to track relevant safety metrics across more than 20 production and raw material lines. I have managed an annual employee wellness incentive program and helped coordinate the operations and upgrades of a large company gym. As a member of the advisement board for the company intranet, I also create and disseminate company communications in both physical and digital formats from both HR and other departments. I have developed and / or implemented professional employee training programs, such as basic and advanced Excel classes for hundreds of employees. To reduce turnover, I aided in the implementation of employee engagement programs and utilized Qualtrics surveying systems to collect employee data that could be compared to customer and turnover data. I have planed and managed large company events, including an annual 5K, blood drives; and played a very active role in community-facing public relations programs, which involves presenting to local schools and community groups. I have handled all aspects of unemployment matters, from individual responses and hearings to full monthly statement of charges audits. Most recently, I have been a front-line member through a radical digitization process in which we are organizing and implementing processes to not only be paperless from the present forward, but digitizing all HR documentation previously stored physically as well.

As a part-time HR intern, I demonstrated proficiency and potential such that I was offered a full-time HR Associate position prior to graduating from university. Marketing Internship
During my marketing internship at Burda International Asia, I had the opportunity to manage all social media accounts for several large and distinct brands. This included creating and implementing social media strategies, developing engaging content, and analyzing metrics to measure success. In addition, I was responsible for planning large high-end events and giveaways that required collaboration with prestigious brands such as Chivas, Cartier, and Longines.In order to leverage my publication and marketing abilities, I proactively sought out brand collaborations and deals that aligned with our brand values and target audience.
